The mini Pu-erh tea brick brews a clear and dark ruby liquor with a satisfying, remarkably smooth taste. With a weight of approximately 3 grams per piece, this is an ideal size for one or two cups. The pu-erh tea leaves used to make the mini Green Pu-erh Tea Brick are pan-fired/steamed immediately after picking to destroy the enzymes that lead to fermentation.
